Shipping

  • SEMI-CUSTOM

    Wedding stationery that is semi-custom can take Invitation suites and wedding day stationery can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks, based on a number of factors.

    For the design phase, please allow approximately 1 week. This can vary depending on how many revisions you may require. Once we receive proof approval, print turn around times will depend on your selected print method:

    • Specialty print (letterpress, foil, emboss); allow 4 weeks

    • Digital print; allow 1 week

    Please also allow additional time for international shipments as customs is highly variable.

    CUSTOM (BESPOKE)

    For bespoke designs, please allow up to 2 weeks for the design phase. This can vary depending on how many revisions you require as well as when we receive your finalized event details. Print turnaround times for custom orders follow the same timeline as semi-custom orders (mentioned above).

Ordering

  • A digital design proof will be provided via email. You may request revisions until you are happy with the design. Once we receive your approval of the proof, your order will be sent to print. Unfortunately, we are unable to print a single copy of the final design beforehand. However, we do offer sample packs if you wish to get a feel for the different print styles and paper stocks.

  • We recommend booking the whole process with us from design to print. However, if you wish to print the items yourself, we can supply the digital files for you. We only offer digital files for semi-custom orders, in which case we do charge a flat fee of 100 USD per item customized.

  • We provide sample packs of past designs and a paper swatch booklet to help our customers make decisions. We have sample packs available for purchase for $15 for our U.S. customers and $20 for international customers. Samples are sent as a letter, so no tracking will be available.

  • Our quantities are offered in set increments, so we’re unable to provide custom counts. We recommend selecting the nearest option available—it’s always wise to have a few extra on hand for last-minute additions or keepsakes.

  • Rush processing may be available depending on our schedule.

    • For semi-custom suites & personal stationery, we offer a flat rush fee (typically $150 for moderate timelines or $300 for urgent requests).
    • For bespoke wedding suites, rush fees are calculated as a percentage of your order total (ranging from 25%–100%, depending on the turnaround required).

    We’ll always confirm availability and pricing before moving forward to ensure your timeline can be accommodated.

Other

  • Given our current remote location, face to face consultations are unavailable at this time. Email communication is sufficient in most circumstances, however, a phone call can be organized if you/we feel it is essential to the design process.
