General Information

Sans Serif Co. is a design and print studio based in Los Angeles, California. We specialize in wedding stationery, personal stationery, branding, and custom printed goods. Our products are created with care, intention, and precision.

Custom Orders & Proofs

All custom and semi-custom orders include digital proofs for client review. Proof approvals are required before printing. Once approved, designs cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded. We are not responsible for errors (including spelling, grammar, or dates) that were present in the approved proofs.

Printing & Production

Production timelines begin once proof approval and payment are received. Estimated timelines will be provided, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Because our products are custom-made, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are considered normal within the printing process.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship using trusted carriers; however, Sans Serif Co. is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping provider. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information at checkout.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or reprints will only be issued if there is a production error on our part. Customers must notify us of any issues within 3 business days of receiving their order.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and website content are the intellectual property of Sans Serif Co. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content or design without our written consent.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before production begins. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Orders will not proceed to printing until full payment has cleared.

Limitation of Liability

Sans Serif Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website.
