Returns and Refunds

At Sans Serif Co., each piece is made with precision, artistry, and care. Because our products are custom-designed and printed to order, all sales are final. Please read the policy below before placing your order.


Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All wedding stationery, personalized products, and custom designs are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Digital proofs are provided for approval prior to production. Once approved, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.

Standard Products

  • Non-custom items (such as sample packs, swatch books, or ready-to-ship goods) may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once items are received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • To process a replacement or refund, we require clear photographs of the issue along with your order number.

  • Refunds or reprints are issued at our discretion and only for errors caused by Sans Serif Co.

Shipping Issues

  • Sans Serif Co. is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers.

  • We recommend allowing extra time for delivery during peak seasons or unforeseen carrier delays.

Color & Material Variations

  • Please note that slight variations in color, texture, and printing may occur due to the nature of specialty papers and printing processes. These variations are considered part of the craftsmanship and are not grounds for refund or return.
