Shipping

At Sans Serif Co., every order is handled with care and intention. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your stationery is delivered safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

Turnaround Times

  • Semi-Custom

    Wedding stationery that is semi-custom can take Invitation suites and wedding day stationery can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks, based on a number of factors.

    For the design phase, please allow approximately 1 week. This can vary depending on how many revisions you may require. Once we receive proof approval, print turn around times will depend on your selected print method:

    • Specialty print (letterpress, foil, emboss); allow 4 weeks

    • Digital print; allow 1 week

    Please also allow additional time for international shipments as customs is highly variable.

  • Custom (Bespoke)

    For bespoke designs, please allow up to 2 weeks for the design phase. This can vary depending on how many revisions you require as well as when we receive your finalized event details. Print turnaround times for custom orders follow the same timeline as semi-custom orders (mentioned above).

Processing & Production Times

  • Production timelines begin once payment is received and digital proofs are approved.

  • Standard production time varies depending on the complexity of your order; an estimated timeline will be provided when your order is placed.

  • Rush services may be available upon request and are subject to additional fees

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

  • We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping option selected at checkout.

  • Please note: carrier delays (including those caused by weather, holidays, or service interruptions) are beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • Sans Serif Co. is not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and notify us within 3 business days so we may assist where possible.

  • For damaged shipments, photos of the packaging and product are required.

Split Shipments

  • Large or complex orders may be shipped in multiple packages. You will be notified if your order is split across shipments.
